He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas and Leona Wade (Jakoubek). He is survived by: his wife Barbara (MacInnes); his children, Jonathan (Sarah Purdy), Gregory (Meaghan Hollett) and Jennifer (Will Diamond); and his sister Sally Wade of Halifax.
