She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Newton and Ruth Newton; and her brother Jeff Newton. She is survived by: her children, Andrew (Juanita), Scott (Deborah) and Alexis Nickerson (Adam); her grandchildren, Ben, Jake, Harry, Elise, Jason and Mia; her brother Phil (Nancy); her nieces, Lisa and Kate; and her caregivers, Lindsay, Danielle, Dr. Aulakh and Dr. Beed. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
