Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Joseph Connolly (Halifax, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 81, on April 11, 2022. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Connolly and Margaret Connolly (Stoneman); his wife Carolyn Connolly (Lipton); his children, Neville Connolly (Linda), Tony Connolly (Allyson) and Lisa (Chris); his grandchildren, Noah, Greg, Josef, Haley, Julia, Jacquelyn, Alexa, Sophie and Sarah; his siblings, Shaun (Doreen), Moira (Brian), Angela (Jack) and Brenda (Art); his sister-in-law Marilyn Branson (Peter); his godson Paul Kania; his siblings, Brian and Sheila; and his niece Tanya. He was also cherished by his 27 nieces and nephews, extended family members and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia (in consideration of our mother Carolyn), or to a charity of your choosing.
