He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sullivan (Jim) and Dorothy Sullivan (Parsons); and his granddaughter Laura Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jean-Anne Sullivan (LeBlanc); his children, Pamela Sullivan (Brian Dillman), Colette Sullivan (Rob Miller) and Jim Jr. Sullivan (Nadine Pettipas); his sisters, Sandra Billard (late Richard) and Dorothy Mullins (Mike); his siblings-in-law, Jeanette Montgomery (late Bernie) and Donald LeBlanc (Shirley); and his grandchildren, Bradley Gillis, Andrew Miller, Alyson Miller, Nathan Sullivan, Mathew Sullivan and Keira Sullivan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Diabetes and Alzheimer's Societies.
