He was an excellent leader for the CSA code committees and always a fantastic host. I can't think of Halifax without thinking of Jim and I will miss him. I will treasure the last celebratory beer we had with him at the Gahan House the afternoon before his passing. My heartfelt sympathies go out to his family.”

We have enjoyed some good times together even catching the odd Maple Leafs game when Jim visited Toronto. He was a major contributor to CSA and also the Canadian electrical utility sector, in general.
