She is survived by: her husband Michael Elmer; her children, Colin Elmer (Tammy) and Christine Corney (Brent); and her grandchildren, Chandler, Alicia and Tristan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She also spent time volunteering for the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
