It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Ida Gibson of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Forsythe and Kate Forsythe (Burnham); and her sons, Barry and Scott. She is survived by: her great grandchild Hazel; her grandchildren, Julie (Tim), Ian (Kelly), Andrea (Andrew), Robert, David, Gregory (Amy), Michael (Sherry) and Christopher (Danielle); her great grandchildren, Adam, Keira, Jack, Holly, Brady, Connor, Noah, Quinn, Carson, Audrey, Sarah and Hayden; her sons, Glenn (Barbara) and Darrall (Judy); her daughters-in-law, Lynn and Colleen; and her siblings, Dick, Archie, Ruth and Joan.
