He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaston Noel and Angela Noel (Fogarty); and his brothers, William (Doris), Bud (Patricia), Rene (Mary), David and Denis.

He is survived by: his wife Joan (Lownds); his children, Catherine Lerette (Stephen), Stephen, Gregory (Jocelyne) and Peter; and his grandchildren, Christopher Lerette, Allison Lerette, Emily Lerette, Claire Noel and Spencer Noel.
