Gordon Fred Richard Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon Fred Richard (Halifax, Nova Scotia), born in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 19, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard and Alice Richard; and his siblings, Greta, Alice Richard, Charlie, Roger and Johnny Richard.

He is survived by: his wife Cecile; his son George Richard (Beth); his granddaughters, Breanna and Courtenay; his stepchildren, Mike Perreault (Angelique), Micheline Sanna (Roberto), Giselle Krieger (Kevin) and Dawn Perreault (John Richardson); and his siblings, Marie Myers (Jim), Shirley Heft (Pat), Bobby Richard (Brenda) and Harry Richard Sr..

A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Remember Atlantic Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
