Gertrude Kent Emmett Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 22, 2025, at the age of 94, Gertrude Kent Emmett (Halifax, Nova Scotia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Algernon Tucker and Maria Tucker (Churchill); her husband John "Jack" Emmett; her son John; her siblings, Gordon, Bert, Gerald, Algy, Ruby, Hazel, Molly and Dot; and her great grandchild Brennan.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Maria and Peter (Heather); her daughter-in-law Pat of Halifax; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Kelly (Jon), Erin (Paul), Shannon (Andrew), Kyle (Athena), Laura (Bill), Scott (Emily) and Hannah (Fran).
