He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schlack and Molly Schlack; and his wife Margaret "Louise" Schlack. He is survived by: his sons, Shane (Julie Schlack) and Michael Schlack; and his grandchildren, Tyler, Austin, Riley and Megan.
