He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Coolen and Totten Coolen (Rosetta Coolen); and his children, Yvonne Llewellyn (John), Harold Beazley (Stacey) and James "Jimmy" Beazley (Glenda).
He is survived by: his great grandchild Taijah Rose; his siblings, Kenneth (Darlene) and Corinne (Gary); and his children, Darrell Coolen (Lisa), Derrick Coolen (Helen), Cheryl and Karen. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grand children, nieces and nephews.
