It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Kirby of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kirby and Eliza Maude Kirby (Collins); and her siblings, William, Lester, Olive Yarn, Beatrice Brooks, Ruth MacKinnon and Evelyn Brace. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
