He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Sampson and Shirley Sampson. He is survived by: his partner Shirley Boxall (Winnipeg); his siblings, Greg Sampson (Marian) and Judy Bishop (Richard); and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Tristan Sampson, Alex Cameron, Elise Sampson and Alison Langelaan (Neils).
