He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Blackmore and Eileen Blackmore (Mercer); his siblings, Ron and Carole; and his friends, Michael Levy and Roger Murphy.

He is survived by: his brother Douglas (Valerie Mansour); his nieces, Kathryn, Jesse, Jillian, Marty Mork, Sophia [Luciano Lavoie] and Olivia; his sister-in-law Jan Blackmore; and his cousin Donna Wakefield.
