It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Ann Kydd of Halifax, Nova Scotia, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Ward and Avis Ward (Langille); and her sister Barbara Brinklow (Steven). She is survived by: her husband Don; her sister Edith Ward; her children, Jocelyn Schnare (Andrew) and James (Alana); and her grandchildren, Morgan, Eric Schnare and Gavin.

“Dear Don, I was shocked to see Carol‘s obituary in the paper last week. Our last conversation happened a while ago and I had been meaning to get in touch with her. I always enjoyed having coffee at the Tower or at a coffee shop with her, even after I stopped going to the Tower, Carol was my connection to the gym and we would meet up for coffee once in awhile, having good conversations and lots of laughs. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and send you my deepest condolences. Marianne Barrow”
