He was predeceased by: his parents, William MacKay and Theresa "Bubbles" MacKay. He is survived by: his siblings, John Wayne (Gwen), Bill (late Bonnie), Donnie (Cookie) and Debbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
