It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Blair Robert Myers in Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Labrador City, Newfoundland, who passed away on May 19, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Myers and Doris Myers; his siblings, John Myers (Joan) and Mary Jacobs; his siblings-in-law, Ron Brophy and Colleen Pennell; and his mother-in-law Marjorie Brake.

He is survived by: his wife Lorna; his children, Michael, Sarah and Ryan; his siblings, Anna Brophy (Tony Manning), Brian (Jenny), Bob Jacobs, Stephen (Melinda), Anita Robertson (Andrew), Patricia (Nick Potter) and Paula Larocque (Sylvain); his father-in-law Wilbur Brake; and his brother-in-law Byron Brake (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
