It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Liazetta Weatherhead of Halifax, Nova Scotia, born in Upper Kennetcook, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 26, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertrand "Bertie" Lantz and Mary Robina "Beanie" Lantz (Burton); her husband Keith; her son Danny; and her sister Phyllis Publicover.
She is survived by: her children, David (Sue) of Hayward, WI and Lisa (Ryan); her siblings, Bill Lantz (Anne), Norma Marshall, Jean Bond and Brenda White (Harley); and her siblings-in-law, Wilma Duncan, Verna Chernoff, Doreen Weatherhead, Nancy Weatherhead and Dick (Elsbeth). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and step grand and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Upper Rawdon Cemetery fund or the Recreation Department at Oakwood Terrace or a charity that is meaningful to you.
