With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna Lea Bartonova (Halifax, Nova Scotia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Anna Lea has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eliena Barton (Valachova) and Ferdinand Barton; and her significant other Keith.

Prior to covid Anna brought the gift of music to so many people, both young and old, through piano lessons.
