Joan Delamar Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2020, Joan Delamar of Hacketts Cove, Nova Scotia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Delamar to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Blundell and Elizabeth Blundell (Lamb); her husband R. D. Delamar (Doug); and her sisters, Sally, Betty, Molly and Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth, Susan Reid (Frank) and Stephen Delamar (Margaret) of Rosedale, BC.; her grandchildren, Lisa, Rebecca, Richard, Melissa, Robert, Jody-Lynn, Joseph and Jennifer; and her great grandchildren, Keith, Lena, Malachi, Judah, Elijah, Shiloh, Zadok, Zipporah, Tirzah, Sela and Sophia. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations can be made in Joan's name to the QE2 Foundation-Palliative Care Unit, St. Peter's Church, Hackett's Cove, or the BCCDC Foundation for Public Health.
