He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Sponagle and Mable Sponagle (Kaiser); his wife Joan (Cook); his granddaughter Angalisa; his siblings, Marion MacLennan (Johnny), Alice, Wilfred and Harvey (Adene); and his friends, George and Garnita Peitzsche.
He is survived by: his children, John (Karen), Cheryl and Karen; his sister Juanita Shaw; and his sister-in-law Jennie Sponagle. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Isaac's Harbour Fire Hall.
