It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Elizabeth (Scanlan) MacDonnell (Guysborough, Nova Scotia), who passed away on January 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Scanlan and Louise Scanlan (Poirier); and her brother Joseph "Junior". She is survived by: her husband Hughie; her children, Joe (Mary), Glen (Darlene), Brenda (Frank) and Rhonda (Anthony); her grandchildren, Joel (Shallyn), Josh, Nicole, Chad (Candace) and Shelly; her great grandchildren, Ava, Jayden, Madison, Leland, Luke, Lanie, Dallas and Christian; her siblings, Sheila Scanlan and Elmer Scanlan (Delima); and her sister-in-law Carmel Scanlan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins, sister and brother in laws.
Social distancing protocols are to be followed and masks are mandatory.
