She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Turpel and Ruby Turpel (Hannaford); her husband Richard MacIver; her daughters, Leslie and Colleen; and her siblings, John, Ken and Lorraine.
She is survived by: her children, Joy Halfpenny and John; her grandchildren, Trevor Jardine (Heather MacDonnell), Lesley MacLellan (Rod) and Randy MacIver; and her great grandchildren, J. R. of Fort McMurray, Alberta., Marshall MacLellan of Fort McMurray, Alberta. and Bowen Jardine of Fort McMurray, Alberta..
