With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ian Hugh Carroll Kennedy (Guysborough, Nova Scotia), born in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, who passed away on September 9, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Fred Kennedy; and his siblings, Charlie Kennedy, Stanley Kennedy, Victor and Nellie Kennedy.

He is survived by: his parent Alma Kennedy (Cousins); his wife Hazel (Feltmate); his sons, Brent (Nancy), Glenelg, Scott (Wendy), Adam (Cathy), Blues Mills, Carl (Tina) and Lake; his grandchildren, Cody (Hayley), Connor, Tanner, Lauren, Morgan, Logan, Jaron, Addisyn, Laken and Veronica; his great grandchildren, Rowan of Jude and Huxley; his sisters, Muriel Kennedy of Antigonish and Jean Chisholm (Rod) of Antigonish; and his sister-in-law Jean Kennedy of Antigonish. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
