He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Vincent Clow and Elizabeth Clow (McAllister); his wife Phyllis (Fry); his siblings, Monica Richard (Doug) of Halifax, Marsha Carr of Greenwood, Judy Kelly (Bob) of Gander, NL, Cathie Wiebe (Graham) of Kingston, Sue Armstrong (Warren) of Kingston and Ian Clow (Karen) of Kingston; his grandchildren, Chace Moore, Alyssa Lambert and Jacob Lambert; his sister-in-law Mille Clow of Kingston; his son-in-law Stephane Lambert of Ottawa; his brothers, Gerry and Ronald; his children, Marty and Gayleen; and his brother-in-law David Carr. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
