He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John McHattie and Irene McHattie (Craig); his wife Mary; his children, Christopher and Tracey (Craig Hogan); his grandsons, Matthew and Conner; his great grandchild Jack; and his sister Shirley Stepheniuk of Toronto.
