He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Vaughan and Alice Vaughan (Pudsey); and his brothers, Arnie, Dean, Clarke and Alvin.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine (Schofield); his daughters, Michelle Vaughan (Dwayne Floyd), Louisburg and Andrea Gould (Peter); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Dean, Ava, Holly, Brian and Robert McLean. He is also survived by several nieces and, nephews.
