Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Irene Audrey Clayton (Granville Ferry, Nova Scotia), who passed away at the age of 97, on November 2, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Rafuse and Susie Rafuse (Guest) of Young's Cove; her husband Edison; her children, Rosalee Ann and Richard; her grandson Jeremy McLean; and her siblings, Eleanor (Ross), Angus Rafuse (Pearl), Hallett Rafuse, Hilton Rafuse (Clara), Marion Walker and Yvonne Thibodeau (George).

She is survived by: her children, Norma McLean (Ronald) of Halifax, Loretta Vidito (Ernest) of Young's Cove and Paul (Valerie) of Young's Cove; her sister Gloria Sarty (Reginald) of Young's Cove; her brother-in-law Doug Walker; her grandchildren, Timothy McLean (Kim) of Halifax, Nicole Deering (Mike) of Halifax, Andrew (Shelly) of Young's Cove, Trevor Vidito of Young's Cove, Tina Hatchard (late Darren), Julie Putnam (Nathan), Upper Clements, Steven Clayton (Allyson), Cape Breton and Jenna Sipkema (Luc); and also, Judy and Barbara Rafuse. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
