He was predeceased by: his parents, Nita Marie Elliott (Ring) and David Osborne Halliday; and his sister Patricia Halliday. He is survived by: his wife Angela Halliday (Rafuse); his children, Roxanne Halliday (Nick) and Cedric Halliday (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Shayla, Emma, David, Xavier, Robert and Preston; and his siblings, Vivian Smith (Halliday), Daniel Hayden, Timothy Halliday and Joseph Halliday.
