He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bartholomew and Cora Bartholomew; his wife Shirley (Lewis); and his siblings, Gladys, Jean (AJ MacLeod), Rose (Gilbert MacAulay), Earline (Garfield Miller) and Kenneth.
He is survived by: his children, Kim (Ray Pushie) of Sydney River and Gordon of Grand River; and his sister-in-law Jean Bartholomew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; step-granddaughter; step-grandson; and two step-great-granddaughters.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grand River Presbyterian Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in memory of Norman may be made to the Hospice Palliative Care Society of Cape Breton County.
