She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bulger and Dorothy Bulger; and her siblings, Karen Keels and Terry Bulger. She is survived by: her husband Blair; her grandchildren, Tristan, Seth, Logan, Oliver and Blair; her siblings, Nancy Roach (Greg), Darlene Howell and Kevin Bulger; and her brother-in-law Sean Keels. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; close family friends, and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Halifax in recognition of the exceptional care and dignity provided to Cheryl, her family and the community.
