She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nicholas Stoliar and Abigail Stoliar (Mahoney); her husband Patrick Daye; her children, Leslie Burke (Paul) and Brian Daye; her grandchildren, Candace, Jared and Abigail; and her siblings, Sherry Locke (Donald), William Stoliar (Florence), Mary Stoliar, Laura Cuzner, Lena MacKenzie, Rose Blunden, Anne Baird, Nicholas and George.
