She was predeceased by: her parents, Ewen and Annie MacKenzie (Robinson); her husband James Garfield MacKillop (Gary); her daughter Shirley Kim; and her sister Shirley Ward (MacKenzie).

She is survived by: her children, Cathie Caldwell, Ron MacKillop (Sharon), John MacKillop (Gail) and Pickering; her sister Marilyn Hilborn Welland (MacKenzie); her grandchildren, Amy, Kate, Bradley, Heather, Bree and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, James, Mackenzie Rae, Henry, Anna Lynn and Liam.
