He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel A. Nicholson and Jane Eliza Nicholson (Smith); and his siblings, Wesley, Allan, Donald (Nick), Roy (Butch), Neila MacRury, Mora MacDonald and Florence Vokey (Floie).
He is survived by: his sisters, Audrey Burke, Jean McInnis, Sydney and Margaret (Bill Hummer); and his siblings-in-law, Helen Nicholson and Freeman Vokey of Glace Bay.
