He is survived by: his parent Shirley MacKenzie (Weatherby); his wife Nancy Michalik; and his stepchildren, Krista Kev (Brad), Stephanie Kev (Brendan), Kenneth Kev (Amanda), Connor Kev (Lauren), Neil Kev, Colin Kev, Cadence Kev, Jeremy Kev, Maddie Kev and Poppa Kev.
