He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Hoffman and Sis Hoffman (Catherine); his brother Kenneth; and his brother-in-law Bruce Sarty. He is survived by: his wife Jean (Bishop); his children, Lori and Kyle; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Keighan, Kylie, Mannix and Kingston; his siblings, Jimmy (Loretta), Ralph (Belinda), Betty Saccary and Marilyn Sarty; and his sister-in-law Terry Sheppard (Doug). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
