She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Grant and Helen Grant (Thompson) of Glace Bay; and her siblings, Earle (Doris), Jack (Mary), Shepherd, Anna Fletcher (Russell) and Ruth Frost (Allan).

She is survived by: her sisters, Patsy and Helen Grant; and her sister-in-law Doris Grant (Shepherd) of Glace Bay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
