He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Bourgeois; his wife Rose Bourgeois (Brown); and his siblings, Earl, George, Merlin, Charles, Alonzo, Eloise Colson (Bourgeois) and Edeline Bourgeois.
He is survived by: his parent Thelma Bourgeois (Gratto); his daughters, Colleen Barro (Lowell), Trisha Lowthers (Bourgeois), Anita (Bourgeois) and James (Ed); his grandchildren, Amanda, Kent and Tori; his great grandchildren, Morgan and Connor; and his sister Cora Corbett (Bourgeois).
Irene (Bourgeois) Campbell Cremation has taken under the direction of V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve Street , Glace Bay .
