He was predeceased by: his parents, George William and Jean Myers (Hennessey); and his sister Beverly MacMullin. He is survived by: his wife Claire; his children, Drake Jensen and Nicole Poole (Jamie); his stepchildren, Lloyd Leon, Alberta, Tony Leon (Katrinia), B. C., Wanda Crosby (Kevin) and Ricky Leon; his grandchildren, Sio and Seamus; his stepgrandchildren, Kristain, Courtney, Bradley, Brandon, Josie, Kaity and Georgia; his cousin Pauline Hennessey; his close friends, Robbie and Dean; his sister Elaine; and his brother-in-law Gualbert Hanrahan. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Palliative Care at the Regional Hospital, Sydney.
