He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Rowe and Audrey Rowe (Wadman) of Glace Bay; his significant other Coleen Cipak; and his wife Joanne Hall. He is survived by: his daughters, Kerrie of Glace Bay and Cindy of Glace Bay; his brothers, Jimmy (Bernice) of Harmony and Donald of Harmony; his granddaughters, Taia, Bailey, Olivia and Charlotte; and his friend Eric Campbell.
