We are sad to announce that on August 14, 2019, Donkin Annie McKinnon (Glace Bay, Nova Scotia), born in Reserve Mines, Nova Scotia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William McNabb and Catherine McNabb (McGillivary); her siblings, Jim, John, Francie and Betty Deveaux; her niece Wendy McIsaac; and her mother-in-law Veronica MacKinnon.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald MacKinnon; her children, Carla Penson (John) and Allan (Dawn); her sister Teresa McIsaac; her grandchildren, Brendan MacKinnon (Ainslie), Breanna Penson (James), Madison and Mitchell MacKinnon; her great grandchildren, Harper and Maisie MacKinnon; and her daughter Anna.
Donations in memory of Anna may be made to the Cancer Society or the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Fund.
