She was predeceased by: her parents, John Byrne and Margaret Byrne (Mackie); her son Timmy King; her siblings, Justin, Joe and Margie "Mammie"; and her son-in-law Gene.
She is survived by: her husband Fred King; her children, Doris Boutilier (Danny), Cathie King, Port Caledonia, Arthur "Teddy" (Linda) and Brian (Cathy); her siblings, Michael Byrne, Sarah Lynk (Eddie), Glace Bay, Josephine Carrigan and Reserve Mines; her grandchildren, Carey, Bryan "Spanky", Dana, Christopher, Bradley, Megan, Amy, Mason, Courtney, Timothy, Denise, Trucker and Kalli; her daughter-in-law Rose; her sister-in-law Jean Burte; and her nieces, Sheila and Loie. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
