It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Austin Gerald Snow (Glace Bay, Nova Scotia), who passed away on August 8, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Sam Snow; his brothers, Freddie, Robbie, Sammy, Billy and Tommy; and his nephew Wally.

He is survived by: his parent Josephine Snow (McDaniel); his wife Margie (Hawco); his children, Shirley Bay (Gerald Gouthro), Austin Bay (Beau), Ottawa Bay, Michael Bay, Glace Bay and Eddie Tracey; his grandchildren, Ashley (Erin), Craig, Austin Ty and Quinn; his siblings, Shirley Bay (Billy Bates), George Bay (Judy), Milton Bay, Herbie Bay (Regina), Dominion Bay, Walter Bay and Glace Bay; his mother-in-law Margaret Hawco (Walsh); his sister-in-law Anne Kuramai; and also Glace Bay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
