He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Dicks and Pauline Dicks (Strickland); his wife Janet (MacDonald); his daughter Jaclyn Elliott (Adam); his son-in-law Adam; his stepgrandson Aidan; his son Michael; his grandparents, Lillian Strickland, Cyril and Phyllis Dicks; his parents-in-law, Jerome and Ad MacDonald; and also, Cyril (Corena Boutilier), Wendy Boularderie (Lowell MacDonald), Kenny (Denise Mullins), Ellen (Daniel Clarke), Linda (Gilles Maillet), Debbie (George Podetz) and Brenda (Joey Andrea).
