She was predeceased by: her parents, William Franklin and Jean Franklin (Weir); and her son-in-law Neil Tibert. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Tibert of Freeport and Katherine "Kate" Browne (John Owens) of North Kingstown; her sisters, Janice Anderson of Duxbury, Mass., Anne Yelle of Freeport and Susan Franklin (Colleen) of East Sandwich, Mass.; her grandchildren, Dylan (Ellery), Chloe (Nolan), Riley, Kelsea and Sophie; and her great grandchild Salem. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and very dear friends.
