He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Outhouse (Elliott) and Edgar Outhouse. He is survived by: his wife Letitia (Thimot); his children, Melissa (Brian) and Jeffrey (Monica); his stepsons, Michael (Jessica) and Brock (Mylene); his siblings, Wanda (Malcolm), Laurel (Gary) and Edward (Elaine); his grandchildren, Taylor, Lillie and Maddie; and his great grandchild Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
