Gordon Byron Nichols Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gordon Byron Nichols of Freeport, Nova Scotia, who passed away on January 4, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Nichols and Christina Cann; his stepfather Charles Cann; and his siblings, Althea Nichols and Alfred Cann.

He is survived by: his wife Ada Marie Nichols; his children, Christina Prime (Larry), Susan Johnson (Jim), Mark, Colin, Robert, Richard and Cecil Nichols; his grandsons, Christopher Prime (Alicia), Ronnie, Daniel and Matthew Johnson; his great grandchildren, Catalaya Munroe-Prime, Kyle and Chauncey Munroe; and his aunt Janice Trimper.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Gordons Memory can be made to the Freeport Baptist Church, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Freeport Food Bank, or a charity of your choice.
