It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Henry Fougere of Frankville, Nova Scotia, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fougere and Mary Fougere (Kovalchick); and his siblings, Roland "Burkey" Fougere and Margaret MacIssac. He is survived by: his wife Mary (Pettipas); his children, Lynn England (Tremaine), Fort McMurray, Shawn (Ann Marie), Tracadie, Kim and Cindy (Hisham El-Toghlbi); his grandchildren, Miranda, Colton, Evan, Colby, Matthew, Caleigh, Margaret, Lilly and Isabel; and his sisters, Agnes Landry, Loretta MacDonald and Beatrice Walser (Len).
Due to COVID 19 restriction, there will be a private funeral Mass at St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church, Havre Boucher on Friday, February 25th, 2022 with Father Allan MacPhie officiating. (Photo Id and proof of double vaccination required).
Memorial donations can be made to St. Paul's Cemetery or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
