Vera Mae MacMullin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vera Mae MacMullin of Florence, Nova Scotia, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John David; her parents, Michael Walker and Gladys Walker; and her siblings, Joseph, Cyril, Wendell and Genevieve Howley.
She is survived by: her children, Kim (Marlene), Lillian Shaw (David), Valerie Adair (Geoff), Paulette and LeeAnn Fraser (Errol); her grandchildren, Mitchell, Aaron (Halle), Delana, Alexx, Jonathan, Bethany (Brett), Haley (Dan) and Chloe; her sister Greta Prokopchuk (Mike); and her sisters-in-law, Ave Stoddard and Phyllis MacMullin.
A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Vera's name to the Northside Hospital Foundation.
